So Dubya waves goodbye to Iraq at a press conference, and a journalist chucks a shoe at his head after shouting ‘dog’. Quality. The sole of the foot, and the use of the word ‘dog’, this is a pretty serious insult in the Islamic world. Worse than war-mongering-planet-wrecking-corporate-whore-sellout-monkey-brained-piggy-eyed-fuckwit.
